Fond, funny, and fraught with feline wisdom. I may have to make an appointment to consult with your cat next time my phone contract comes up…or I’m working on a poem. π Love it!

I’m no dog no cat person. I’m a poetry person who likes this cat person’s poem because all marmalade-coloured poems need cats to edit.
Now you’ve done it! I am going to share this on Facebook. Are you aware of how many cat lady vers there are on there? This is such a lovely poem. I Could just see every move of your cat. What a delight! Sharing in several cat groups on Facebook. They will love it!
I really, really, really like this Elan! I had two cats (always have, just not now π¦ ), and they always knew something was “up”, with all that was going around them.
Interesting juxtaposition–inter-dimensional time traveler meets antique cell phone technology. No doubt we seem as quaint to the furred ones as the girl in the photo appears to us. Captured in time but out-of-synch with it. An oddly thinker poem for something about cats and bundling phone plans.
Yes your cat sure knows you are a poet and only too happy to be the lucky one (or the first one besides you) to hear when your words are taking form. Always a pleasureββ thank you Elanββ.
