Vulnerability

Only through our vulnerabilities

Can we speak of ourselves

Where no genders build language

Where no categories structure

Your reaction to my voice…..

My reaction to your voice.

Either of us can be the words

Slicing into the coolness

Of our combined angers…..

Of our singular gentleness

Isn’t it ironic that what people fear is the gateway to the connection they are so desperately seeking.

I’m always coming back for more. I’m definitely a big fan. This reminds me of Plato’s cave. That light is blinding… I’m one of the prisoners unwilling, afraid.

Do you mean regardless of sexuality, man or woman… if so, wouldn’t that be like a tree wishing to be a flower and ignoring the obvious?

Wow. Just wow. I’m not a writer. I can only admire when I am moved. And the photo is beautiful, too.

When all the toys in the sand box belong to no one and gender is an issue long summers away, we know our commonalities and dreams, and not our artificial limitations. Once again, nice work.

This is so beautiful. To think that people are so scared of being vulnerable, they miss out on so much
